Start the day with a hearty breakfast - choose from a large selection of cereal, fruit, yoghurt and
juice, and on those colder mornings porridge served with double cream and brown sugar. |

Follow this with full Cumbria breakfast - bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes and eggs from our
hens, cooked to your liking. |

Each evening Louise cooks a delicious dinner for guests, which includes for starters, homemade
soups, melon with berry sauce or maybe mushrooms stuffed with local cheese. |

Mains are either a succulent local roast perhaps beef, lamb or chicken stuffed and wrapped in
Parma ham. Fresh fish locally bought maybe another night. |

And to finish, homemade desserts, Coffee and mints. |

All courses are beautifully presented on white china and served in the comfort of our dining room, with
crisp linen and fresh flowers on the table, while you look out over the countryside beyond. |
